Hello,

I am Steven Calabrese. As you can see I have been around a while.

Life has been good to me and I want to give back to you my fellow time travelers, younger, older, wealthy, struggling financially what ever guidance you may need.

I am one of the few people I have meet in my career that actually went to school to become an accountant. And an accountant I am. I am a CPA and proud to say.

I also have an MBA which I received about 10 years ago. I will say that I enjoyed it some twenty plus years after receiving my Bachelors degree.

I do not have a sad story of over burdening student loan debt. Nor do my kids thanks to our hard work. I will talk about some of that in my posts.

I have made other mistakes like many folks do and I will say that it cost me progress. I will also talk about these as well.

I want to help you avoid these errors and accelerate your wealth building.

Personal finance, economic happiness is only one aspect of your life. It is what this site will focus on as we begin our journey. But you must also focus on the other aspects as well. You need to be rounded.

The objective of this site is to create a place where the older generation can team up with the younger generation. The saying of, “youth is wasted on the young” comes to mind. Or if I only knew what I know today when I was younger things would be different today.

My vision is through the exchange of ideas the wisdom of experience can guide the younger generation to avoid the mistakes experienced by the older generation. The younger generation can also teach the older generation a thing or two.

We can be “Time Travelers” of sorts. Through the exchange of ideas we can reshape the world. We will all be Time Travelers, the older folks lending their experience to the younger folks traveling back in time correcting or enhancing the future of others. The younger folks traveling into the future getting a glimpse of the future avoiding the mistakes and fast tracking their results.

I am from the older generation, I know I have some lessons I can teach you Time Traveler. I have worked hard and have had a comfortable life. I am quickly approaching the magic age where one retires. However I feel that my work is not complete.

Being from the older generation every day I find myself frustrated because I interact with folks that are unprepared. They are not educated in the world of personal finance. Our school system has failed us all.

What I want to achieve is to point you to the best practices to achieve financial independence. There are certain proven paths that can be followed to achieve success. This is a process! And it will require persistence, perseverance and discipline but it can be yours!
